?6 exercises, 6 repetitions, 6 rounds, performed for time. Use as much weight as you can handle for 8 to 10 reps, (about 70% of 1 rep max). Only do 6 reps, then quickly move to next. This workout is an advanced cross fit style circuit. Dumbbells are a great alternative to K.B.s, for the Turkish get up. You can modify the bridge to pull the leg threw by simply switching the legs, I'll go over it in Core Class next week. Also If #1 the Crow jump back jacks are to difficult,... try burpees with a push up at plank, and jump on the up. If #3 Window Wipers are crazy tough, try hanging knees raises to elbows. Curl trunk up until they touch. Keep your stations pretty close to one another to get a better time. You have to conquer the beast with all 6 reps and six rounds too be eligible for prize, but you
